On this World Nurses Day, the WHO has raised concerns about Africa’s nursing crisis, revealing that 42% of nurses are considering moving abroad for better opportunities. Despite an increase in trained nurses, Africa still faces a projected shortage of six million health workers by 2030, with nurses making up two-thirds of that gap.
