As a health researcher, what are your suggestions on what research should be focused on to reduce the burden of kidney diseases in Africa?

Since previous research has already established factors that are associated with kidney diseases, I think now the main focus should be on KAP (Knowledge, Attitude and Practice) studies. These will assess the general public understanding and assist policy makers / governments on how to approach this burden which is increasing in Africa at a rapid pace!
