🧬 Call for Applications: AFRIBOP 2026 Course

The African Immunobiology of Parasites, Pathogens, and Pathogenesis (AFRIBOP) 2026 course will be held 16–20 March 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa.

Hosted by Stellenbosch University in collaboration with the University of Glasgow, Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme, KEMRI-Wellcome Trust IDEAL Training Programme, and Pwani University, this week-long course brings together experts and early-career researchers to explore cutting-edge advances in:
🔹 Immunobiology of infectious diseases
🔹 Parasitology (malaria, HIV, TB, helminths, HPV, COVID-19)
🔹 Immune-mediated diseases and chronic inflammation
🔹 Grant writing and research leadership

🎓 Eligibility: Early-career researchers and clinicians (PhD or beyond)
💰 Cost: Free – includes accommodation, meals, and travel support
